:bulletwhite: Official group - order-of-the-orients.deviantar…

:bulletwhite: The rarity list will be updated as I see things I want to consider traits. the creator of the Orient that had the original trait will be allowed to keep said trait however, no matter the rarity. Until such time as something appears on the list though, anything not shown is free reign.

:bulletwhite: An Orient hatches without an element (gray) and grows into their element, the egg is also a neutral gray.

:bulletwhite: The possibilities for Orient elements are really only limited by what you can think up, so go nuts, and there can be more than one Orient with the same element, they would just have a different appearance and different powers somehow

:bulletwhite: Elements (and even powers) can be repeated, only twins that are identical can be identical in both element, powers, and appearance

:bulletwhite: Twins will have either the same element, or elements that cannot really be separated, a good example being yin and yang. Just regular siblings on the other hand can have totally different elements

:bulletwhite: Orients get powers depending on their element, but the power has to have some kind of nerf so the Orient isn't OP (an example being with Saimin, he can only hypnotize people who either look at his watch or into his eyes, blind people are immune to his powers)

:bulletwhite: The masks are like prisons for the Orients, the only way to get out is for them to earn their freedom (by doing good (typically it means they need help from a Keeper)) or have the mask be broken. If the mask is damaged it is easier for the Orient to earn it's freedom since the magic seal is weakened. Masks are either found in ruins or made by witches. Orients in the masks can still speak but that is about all they can do until someone puts on their mask.

:bulletwhite: When someone puts on the mask of an Orient, that Orient leaves a mark on the wearer, like a tattoo. When an Orient is in a mask the wearer would be considered the Keeper of it until either the Orient is freed or they discard the mask. However, when they actually put the mask on the Orient actually has a very big influence on their actions, think like the voice in your head that tells you to do or not do something, but the wearer has to consciously choose not to or else the Orient has control.

:bulletwhite: All Orients can take on a human form if they want to and change between forms at will, there is no limit as to how long they can stay in their human form, but that is the only other form they have (unless the element of the Orient is shape-shifting or something along those lines). Colors must carry across forms in some way.

:bulletwhite: Orients are naturally villainous, being anywhere from mischievous to psychopathic, if there is a good Orient it is because they were either raised to be good or earned their freedom from a mask

:bulletwhite: Orients can get sick, injured, or have disabilities, but there are only a few specific ways to kill an Orient. There is an unnamed illness that can kill Orients if not successfully treated and is something only Orients can catch. Another method is a poison that is created using extremely rare ingredients. The only other known way for an Orient to be killed is by keeping them in a mask for too long. The masks were made as a way to stop Orients without having to find the materials for the poison or getting them sick. The mask uses the Orient's own power to keep it trapped, but as a result saps them of their strength. They can grow strong again when freed, but if left in a mask for too long it drains them of all their power and they perish as a result.

:bulletwhite: Orients with Touched or Mythical traits are considered to be either chosen by the Goddess, or to be Ancients. Orients stop aging normally after reaching maturity so Ancients are only identified by their traits

:bulletwhite: If you have any questions feel free to ask (I will try to keep the desc updated with anything that comes up to help avoid being asked the same question more than
once

Okay, so my Orient, Glitch, I've had him for awhile and he's verified and such.

Am I allowed to update him, or change his traits at all?
